Second arrest made in ATM theft
Lincoln Journal Star
Kelly Weder, 23, was arrested Friday afternoon on one count of possession of stolen property, Capt. Danny Reitan said. Police made contact with the Lincoln resident after he was pulled over on a traffic stop. He was taken to Lancaster Corrections.
